Mission: Art Gallery Massacre
Location: Vancouver, Canada

Target: Paul Drake

Energy Cost: 3

Payout: 2 EPs / $18,000

Paul Drake is one of Vancouver’s most influential, artsy fartsy, high high society, intellectuals. No food critic review, art reviewer or musician, can do anything without his support. Other artsy intellect types around Vancouver want that kind of power and the only way to get it is to kill Paul Drake. Several anonymous sweater wearing, Volvo types pooled their money together, in hopes of hiring you to kill this most annoying man.

Scenario:

You learn Paul Drake is curating an art show the night you arrive in Vancouver, it seems like a perfect place and time to splatter his guts, like Jackson Pollock, all over the gallery’s wall; perhaps you can make an art piece out of it. Do you:

* Go to the Agency page and get the free $5000 if you have not already done so.

* Don’t level up too fast. Hitman is no Mob Wars. Level do no give you an advantage but rather new challenge. A higher levels means you get tougher opponents, minimizing your chance of killing an opponents in a head to head battle. Thus lowering your incoming. Do NOT level up until you have training all the necessary skills and success running all the Cells missions.

* Don’t buy storehouse/weapons/vehicles until you are forced to do so. Items are country base. You buy an AK47 in USA, you need to buy it again if you are going for a mission in London. However the next time you do a mission in New York, your AK47 will be ready for your re-use. So buying without reason won’t help much. Read more… »

Game Introduction

The Ultimate Hitman (aka Hitman from now on) is a RPG game on facebook. It
has some elements of the famous Mob wars, but it has many unique ideas. It is
NOT the copy of Mob Wars with a different theme. So whether you like it or
not, you have to try it out yourselves.

During the time when I started writing this Guide, it was only the fourth week
into the birth of it, so tweaks happens. Also there were rare bugs. So far, none
is fun damaging, so I believe that Hitman has some really clever developers
behind the scene who work on both the writing side and the technical side. I do
believe that Hitman has the potential to be the hottest game of facebook soon
or later.

Newbie, Level 1

Like many other games, Hitman is about building up your stats, leveling up, and
do interesting things. The part that made Hitman unique, is that it is well
balanced between the depth of the game and complication.

If you read my previous writings on mob wars then you might get a good ranking and stuff there. Today I gonna tell you more about it.

If you reach level 50 or more, u’ll see most of the player fighting with 300-500 mobs. Its really difficult to beat a bigger gang if you don’t have more people and weapons. So you have to invite people to your mob. I told you before how to raise your gang. Well, if you think you are enough stronger, you are wrong. Some people got more power then you and there is lots of risk to lost in the fight when you stay offline. So how can you save your gang from attack?

Very simple… if you spend all stamina and no way to fight anymore, stay in hospital… as long as you don’t have much stamina to fight back. It will save you from the stronger one.

If you can play within 2/3 hours, don’t bank your money. Bank cut 10% from your earning. Better do attack and stay in hospital. Nobody can stole your money..

In any case, here are some tips for the beginner, that are alarmingly true to life:

• Invest in real estate, early and often. It will bankroll your life.
• Buy just as much car/weapon as you need, and no more. Don’t be dazzled by what the other Mobsters are doing. You don’t need that Armored Humvee, until it’s absolutely necessary, and not a moment sooner, since they’re expensive to maintain.
• Make love, not war. This seems counter-intuitive to the game, and it is, but it’s key for you to grow your mob without alienating all of your real friends.
• Don’t bother selling off smaller real estate to fund larger real estate. You lose money.
• Buy real estate in increments of 5 or 10, shown in the drop-down. The price goes up with each purchase, so if you buy them one at a time, you’ll pay more for them than you would if you saved up for 5, or 10 and bought them all at once.
• Do business while you’re in the hospital. When you’re in the hospital, you can be punched in the face, but not attacked, and hence, not robbed of your cash on hand. Walking around healthy and withdrawing $15M to buy those Humvees is a bad idea. You’ll get hit on your way to the dealership.
• Make sure you have prerequisite purchases. Make sure you have the right piece of land to put that casino or hotel on. Make sure you buy the Minigun before you buy the Humvee. If you have to re-deposit it in the bank, you lose 10% to the bank. OR don’t bank it at all, and make your purchases after a job or cleaning out some “pigeon”.
• “Pigeons” are players who don’t bank their cash, and then they get pissed when you clean them out – especially when they’re online. We can’t play around the clock, so we’re all pigeons at some point, but do your best to bank it.
• Boost your defense attribute early and often, and you won’t have to be so worried about banking. You can get beaten and killed again and again, and the suckers won’t get away with a dime.

And last, but not least, the seemingly obvious, but evidently most cryptic tip for Mob Wars:

• A person’s Facebook ID number is the same as their Mob Wars ID number. For example: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=543345915 is my Facebook URL. http://apps.facebook.com/mobwars/profile/?user_id=543345915 is my Mob Wars URL. See the matching number? So click a player’s name, copy their ID number, and then paste it into another window at the end of the Facebook URL, to see who’s kicking your ass, or who should be added to your mob.
